Hand trimmed and cut by our in house butchers, we use English / New Zealand Lamb for the perfect taste.
To cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add Lamb; cook for 3 minutes on each side or until desired. Remove the Lamb from the pan.
