This is a great family roast feeding up to 5/6 people. The taste and texture of this cut is second to none and is a real family favourite.
To cook, pre-heat your oven to 180°C and place the Leg Lamb Joint in the centre of the oven for around 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on how you like your Lamb.
